YES. There is a bunch of flashing lightning effects at the beginning of the film. I REALLY wish people on this site would stop rating No for strobe effects when they clearly have no concept of what it risks. That or this category NEEDS to be changed to more clearly warn for flashing lights. The amount of movies I've checked on here that have been rated exclusively as "no strobe effects" that have had tons of flashing lights is absolutely ridiculous. Flashing lights triggering seizures in people is NOT something to mess around with.
