● a young girl vomits 21 minutes into s1e4, you can tell it's coming ● 10 mins into s1e7 a man coughs up blood, no actual vomit but looks like it at first, was enough to cause me distress ●21 mins into s1e14, you dont see it happen but you see the vomit on the child and the bed● 2 mins into s1e15, you see everything ●2mins into s1e17, you can't tell it's coming, you hear it happen but only see the character leaning over- the same happens again 8mins into the same episode with the same character- 18 mins into the same episode, the same character vomits blood, you see it coming out of his mouth and on his clothes this time but you are told it is coming a moment before it's shown ●16mins into s2e4, you can't tell it's coming at all, very sudden and you see it happen, it's quick and doesn't look gory at all but the audio is quite disgusting ●1 min into s2e6, you can't tell it's coming, you see everything but it's not graphic ●33mins s2e8 a character vomits blood. very quick and not overly graphic but you can't tell it's coming and it is sudden enough to be shocking ●29mins into s2e11, you see everything but it isn't graphic ●18mins into s2e16, you see and hear but it isnt graphic and you are told it's coming ●21mins into s2e18, a character throws up blood, it is very sudden and rather gory, but it is entirely blood rather than vomit which for me personally wasn't as distressing as actual vomit ● 11mins into s3e1, sudden and unexpected, you see everything but it isn't graphic ●13mins into s3e4 a character coughs up blood, no vomit but audio is similar enough to be stressful ●17mins into s3e6, sudden, doesnt look graphic but you see everything and the audio is icky ● 26mins into s3e10, you can't tell it's coming and you see everything ● 15 mins into s3e11 ● 35mins into s3e12 a character throws up blood- it's entirely blood and no vomit which for me personally was less distressing than if there was vomit, but you see the blood spilling out of his mouth, staining his clothes and bed and covering his face, and it is very gory ● 17mins into s3e15 a character coughs up blood, it looks similar to vomit and may be distressing ● 31mins into s3e16, very quick and mostly off screen, doesn't look or sound gory, but you see it on the character's clothes for about half a minute after ● 1min into s3e19, you dont see it happen but you see the vomit on the character's face ●5mins into s3e20 then again 1m later ●9mins into s4e1 you dont see it happen but you see the residue on his shirt- he then vomits on screen a minute later, doesnt look graphic but the audio is disgusting ●8mins into s4 e5, you dont see much but what you do see is quite gross, audio is icky, quite quick but very sudden ●37mins into s4e7, quick, you see everything but it isn't graphic ●23mins into s4e12, you see everything and it's quite graphic but mostly blood, sounds moderately gory, the character throws up again offscreen about 30 seconds later, you don't see this but the audio is quite distressing ●21mins into s4e13, not vomit but a character foams at the mouth and drools and the saliva looks a little like vomit which was distressing for a moment (for me) ●18mins into s4e16, sudden, you see it happen but it doesnt look too bad and isnt on screen for long, the sound isn't too gross either ●22mins into s4e17, you sort of enter as it's ending so it isn't too graphic, you can't tell it's coming tho ●25mins into s4e19, doesnt look or sound graphic, you see it happen but it isn't on screen for long ●19mins into s4e20, doesnt look or sound graphic but the camera is very zoomed in which was distressing for me, and you can't tell it's coming ● that's all the episodes i currently have access to, im pretty sure there are more seasons so I'll continue this when i get those but in the mean time if anyone can keep this going thatd be awesome!

This show takes place in the same universe as Chicago PD (which is a majorly copaganda heavy show) and the two shows regularly have crossovers, including one of the main characters in Chicago Med being the brother of one of the cops in Chicago PD. Overall the show leans towards positive of cops, including cops who absolutely do bad things.

In season 2 ep 15 a main character has a missed miscarriage.
Also in season 2 ep 3 a woman has a hysterical pregnancy where she believes she is 7 months pregnant and then the doctors have to tell her that there is no baby. Quite upsetting scene.
