Both adults & minors are shown to abuse alcohol, there is a scene with an adult man abusing alcohol and being violent, and alcohol abuse with teenagers is an extremely prevalent theme

It's mentioned when someone is talking about her childhood. It's a tiny bit graphic in detail but not much

tracy is shown multiple times cutting her arms with blades and scissors, it is quiet graphic and if it is triggering to you i’d recommend stopping everytime she walks into the bathroom and opens the mirror cupboard.

no one’s head is squashed, but tracy hits her head towards the end of the movie, it’s not graphic and she’s only seen with a small injury to her lip.

No kids die in this movie. Anyone who says otherwise either hasn't watched it or is making incorrect assumptions.

During a flashback, it's unknown whether the person was overdosing, but you could potentially see it that way.

Mel is shown showering after a traumatic incident, her breasts and butt is shown, but not really in a sexual way as the scene is supposed to show how willing her new boyfriend is to take care of her and make sure she's okay.

Yes. The main character, Tracy, has BPD and becomes aggressive a lot. None of it is super gory or graphic, but shoving, screaming, etc.

The main character self harms multiple times and it's implied that she's been doing so for a while. It is graphically shown as Tracy is doing so.

Tracy gets a bottle of bleach and says half jokingly-half earnestly; "I wonder how much of this I would need to drink for it to kill me".

Towards the end of the movie after Evie and Tracy get home from sneaking out of the cinema, her brother attempts to try and tell their mother what's been going on, and this sparks Tracy to scream at him and physically hit and shove him, during this scene the camera shakes in sync to their aggressive movements.

There are too many types of obscene gestures and words (both spoken and printed on clothing) to list them. If you are troubled by obscenity, I wouldn't watch this movie.

*BIG SPOILERS AHEAD*

The movie ends with Mel (Tracy's mother), finding out about all the things Tracy has been doing behind her back and she sees her self-harm scars, there's lots of yelling from Evie's side, Tracy breaks down, Mel comforts her, The colour comes back and Mel and Tracy are holding each other in bed. So subjectively, there is a partly happy ending because everything is cleared up and Mel understands now, but obviously, Tracy is left rejected and traumatised. The end is also very abstract as it leaves everything to the imagination, which may also make it more unsettling to some viewers as there isn't a clear resolution to Tracy's story.

There is several self-harm scenes where there is blood. There is also a scene where two characters are high on inhaling something and they punch and slap each other resulting in cuts on their lip and face
