Kinda? Sheep are used in a game where the sheep are released and the dragons and their riders catch them all, counting up how many sheep each rider brings in with bonus points for the singular black sheep. Sheep are also launched from a catapult, but they are always okay.
No sheep are harmed and for the most part they seem pretty indifferent to the game/being launched/picked up by dragons. Irl this would be a problematic game, but in animation I think it's meant to be taken a little lighter and we sort of ignore the real world implications.

I suppose so; there is meat for food at some stalls in the background. I didn't notice it the first time I watched, so it's there a couple seconds and then gone. Looks like a giant drumstick or maybe like a pork thigh. It's goldeny brown on the outside, slightly pinkish in the middle, and then has a bone at the center. It's not graphic. They show up in a couple clips, mainly in the beginning when the sheep start running about.

Kinda, maybe? Meatlug spits out a sheep that was swallowed but whole and alive/okay. (after the two you can see in her mouth crawl out, she spits out the third)

A slice of life film about life living with dragons and inventing new games and traditions with the dragons. The ending is fine, nothing sad.

Not really, at least not in the rated R sense. There is however one comment of how someone "didn't need to see that" when a sheep ends up on their face briefly with it's lower belly/butt end pressed against their face. (They tried to pick up the sheep mid-flight upside down on a dragon. Entirely accidental that happened and the sheep is quickly removed.)
I wouldn't say it's sexual necessarily, but it is an implied comment on seeing a private area (on an animal).

No amputation. There's a couple amputee characters that wear prosthetics of sorts (hook for a hand, metal loop for a foot).

Meatlug does "eat" some sheep, but she's only holding them in her mouth and spits them back out later.

I think so. Astrid falls off her dragon and makes a comment about her arm being hurt. It's not confirmed exactly what the injury is (just a sprain or a broken bone), but her arm is in a sling later. There's no visible injury to the arm, however she does hold it and doesn't put any pressure on it when she gets up from her fall.
(For those that would like to skip, basically Snotlout and Astrid crash during their game of chicken and Astrid falls off her dragon landing on her arm. It's an accident.)

Not that phrase exactly, but Stoick makes a comment of how if he has to listen to something annoying one more time he'll "put Gobber's hook through his own head", to which Gobber said he did it before and wouldn't recommend it. It's not meant to be taken too seriously, just like an annoyed/frustrated comment and with Gobber's added part of how he's put his hook through his head I think it's supposed to imply it's not a serious/deadly thing as he's still alive. Obviously, this type of comment may bother some though.

Again, not sure what kind of injury Astrid got. She either dislocated/sprained her arm or broke it when she fell off her dragon. The injury is not shown on screen, although she does hold her arm and avoids putting any weight on it while getting up. Her arm is later shown in a sling.

Sorta in a roundabout way? Tuffnut makes a comment of "no means no" to a sheep that is chewing on his shirt. It's supposed to be humorous, but the phrase is used almost exclusively to talk about SA or make jokes about it. For a younger audience this line would probably go over their head, and obviously the sheep isn't doing anything bad other than trying to nibble on his shirt.
