I'm not sure whether this counts, but a character stuns himself.

[Spoilers for 1x16].
Yuri's father fell into alcoholism; he is shown drinking, beating his wife and son, and his alcoholism is discussed by other characters.
Kotetsu's relationship with alcohol is complicated and never explicitely stated by the show: his flat is covered in empty bottles and he is shown drinking alone a few times. However, he is not violent, and is shown drinking soda and water as well, so his dependance to alcohol is subject to interpretation and analysis.

Kotetsu has empty bottles and cans of alcohol lying around in his home. It’s also stated in a later episode that Mr. Legend “drowned himself in alcohol”, but this is mostly offscreen.

Lunatic burns his victims alive in order to kill them. Also, Mr. Legend is burned to death in a flashback. On another note, both Yuri and Kotetsu have burn scars. They get burnt onscreen, but it is not fatal.

Nathan refers to themself with the feminine forms in the original dub (in Japanese). They also state at multiple times that they "belong with the girls", are "part of the girls". In every official translation, they are gendered with the neutral form "they", but the English dub of the anime has kept the "he/him".
Their character is not well-written in season 1 (2011), however changes appear in The Rising (2014) and it's getting WAY BETTER in season 2 (2022). The producer apologised for the way Nathan was written in the first season since.
All the characters respect Nathan and there is no transphobic slurs or insults said to them.

Barnaby's parents die after getting shot. There is also a flashback where Ivan witnesses his friend accidentally shoot a woman. And in general, there is plenty of gun violence from fight scenes with criminals. Many victims are held at gunpoint by outlaws, but are then saved.
