Some of the Ugandan women have had their clitorises cut off. It’s stated in “Making Things Up Again” that Gotswana wants to cut his daughter’s off to Elder Cunningham. The General threatens death on those who haven’t had it done, and the topic is discussed in some parts of the musical. None of it is actually shown, though.

Multiple times throughout the show, first brought up in “Hasa Diga Eebowai” by Mafala referring to Mtumbo. The next musical number it’s brought up in is “Making Things Up Again”. It is directed towards babies.

No, it's a musical so it's kind of hard to show any details
Although there is a scene where Elder Price enters with 'blood' on his shirt

Technically, yes. Other than the babies, it could be debatable. Better safe than sorry, though.

YES, It's the whole theme of the show
Throughout it points out the hypocrisy of Mormonism beliefs and shows Mormon missionaries traveling to help spread their religion (As an atheist I love the theme, but if you're more sensitive to religious topics maybe don't watch this musical)
Also, there's a scene where a character is questioning his faith and belief system, although it doesn't really go much farther past that scene
There's also mention of 'ancient jews' and a scene in the spooky Mormon hell dream with Hitler (the two are unrelated)

It’s a plot point that Elder Cunningham makes up a part of The Book of Mormon that Joesph Smith has sex with a frog to cure his AIDS.
