Tough to answer. It's has four mini-stories and a fifth overall story arc connecting them, so there are a lot of different endings. Also, because it's a horror movie, their idea of a "happy" ending, is "the a******s die", so if that doesn't resonate with you as happy, then the answer might be no (but the writers intended it to be a crowd cheering ending).

Technically, the black woman dies first, but I think that the larger issue for people interested in this question is that this movie has two stories (out of five) that are loaded with unusually strong racial content (including a Jim Crow museum with lots of very offense racial stereotypes, the fictionalized graphic depiction of Emmett Till's murder, and heavy usage of the n-word used against black people). That said, it is written and directed by a black cast who are doing this to make social and political points, but it's unusually strong imagery and is definitely not for people who aren't up to it.
