In series 2, a main character is stalked. This is the subplot for episode 1 and the main plot for episode 2. The stalker then continues to feature in a secondary role throughout the rest of series 2. There continue to be several stalker-like behaviours and their past stalking is brought up by other characters.
In series 4, episode 2, it is discovered a main character was stalked in the recent past. The stalker is no longer stalking and only "aftermath" is shown (e.g. photos and belongings)

Arguably most youth in the series have parents who are characterized by abuse/neglect.
Generation One (S1+2):
Tony + Effy's father yells and insults them and their mother constantly, their mother retreats to depression and substance use which neglects her children post divorce, and she also escapes to a literal other country leaving her daughter alone for months.
- Jal's father is emotionally distant and emotionally neglectful
- Sid's father screams abuse at him consistently, including telling him he is worthless, and throwing things at him (some of which hit).
- Cassie's parents are emotionally neglectful and ignore her and her health/mental health entirely
- Chris's mother abandons him without warning, and his father refuses to see or support him. Chris is also preyed on by Angie, a psychology teacher at his college who encourages a sexual relationship with him despite him being a minor.
Generation 2 (S3+4)
- The Stonem parent's are still relevant as Effy is still a main character
- Freddie's father insults him regularly "for his own good" and punches him in the face after Freddie calls his sister Karen a whore
- Cook's mother is emotionally abusive, and breaks things of her children's when she's mad, kicks them out of her house, insults them consistantly, uses them as fodder for her art, and canonically sexually assaults Freddie when is his roughly 15 by giving him a blow job (mentioned not seen). Cook's father emotionally manipulates his son, tries to sexually proposition Effy who is 16, screams at his son, kicks him out, and holds an open flame to his face threatening to burn his face off.
- Emily and Katie's mother is emotionally abusive and horribly homophobic towards Emily and Naomi (which is abuse)
- Pandora's mother is over controlling in ways that mimic ABA
- Thomas' mother deports him from Bristol temporarily when she realizes he and his friends use drugs and are sexually active. He comes back, and she continues to berate him verbally for not looking after his siblings well enough. She also tries to isolate him from his friends via religion.
Many teachers are abusive to students over the course of the series, including yelling at them, demeaning them, emotionally manipulating them, sexually harassing them, pepper spraying them, among others

In s1e8, the younger sibling of a main character accepts IV drugs from a young adult man she doesn't know well. While she consented to the drugs, she was unaware of what they were. It is revealed the man gave her enough drugs to knock her out in order to force her brother to almost take advantage of her, saying he wouldn't call the ambulance for his overdosed little sister unless the brother slept with her.
In s3e4, a batch of brownies is spiked with an MDMA equivilant, leading to the mother of one of the teenagers getting very high, as well as anyone else who ate the brownies, whether they intended to be high or not.

Many perverse and predatory behaviours by adults on the show towards teenagers.
Most noteably (albeit in grey area) is the relationship between Chris and Angie in S1, where while Chris is a 17 year old interested in his psychologie teacher, Angie eventually takes up a sexual and romantic relationship with him, while being engaged herself. It is treated as any other relationship on the show at the time, however Angie is depicted to be in her early 30s.

Often as a joke by the Gen 3 cast. At one point it is brought up as a concern such as "did he..." in the final episode of S5, which it then is confirmed that that interaction was not rape.

In s6e4, a character is raped by her abusive partner on screen. While the sexual encounter starts off dubiously consensual (the girl has had one of the worst psychological weeks of her life and has just seen her boyfriend beat up one of her friends when the encounter starts), he eventually violently assaults her. While she does not verbally say no, she starts to struggle and it is very apparent that the interaction is no longer consensual.
I would strongly reccomend skipping this episode if abusive relationships, physical assault, and sexual assault are triggers for you.

In gen 1 (s1-2) one of the characters is put into a psych ward (a very expensive one) following a suicide attempt.
In gen 2 (s3-4), one of the characters is put under house arrest with an ankle moniter. If you watch the extended youtube videos, the same character ends up imprisoned for a period of time. He goes through the court system. another character is put into a psych ward post suicide attempt.
In gen 3 (s5) one of the characters older sister is in prison and she goes to visit her.

Gen 3 (s5-6) are notoriously transphobic; Frankie gets the majority of the transphobic hate speech, but it is just in the vernacular of this generation. There are insinuations around Frankie's genetalia and sexuality, as well as some around Grace's when her friends find out she was keeping secrets about her family.

In Gen 3, while Frankie isn't explicitly stated to be nonbinary, they do exclusively go by Frankie, which is a nickname. Adults in her life often refer to her by her full name which is noteably more feminine.

In Gen 1, a girl tries to kill herself by mixing medication and alchohol. She is rushed to the hospital and survives.
In Gen 2, another girl tries to kill herself using sharps, and is rushed to the hospital and survives. This same character also stands in the middle of traffic at a later date egging the cars to hit her to prove "she's not scared", though whether this was a true attempt is unknown.

In s4e5, one of the characters who is in the midst of a psychotic break, squeezes herself to hide under the bed. A conversation takes place between her while she's underneath and her boyfriend who is laying down on the ground beside the bed.
In s6e1, a character's grandmother has closed herself in a broom closet, he opens it and asks her if she wants to come out. She says no so he starts to close the door again, only for her to say she was joking and would like to come out.

There is an attempted suicide in the 1st season by a character attempting to overdose on medication and alcohol. There is a suicide attempt by a character in s4 who attempts suicide by cutting her wrists. Neither attempts are successful.
The first episode of the 4th season, a girl who is high on drugs jumps from a high ledge in a club and kills herself.
A character in Gen2's mother is said to have died by suicide prior to the series.
In s6e1, a character's grandmother kills herself by overdosing in her bed. He finds her.

off the top of my head:
in series 2 episode 9 a character haemorrhages on screen and you see blood come from his nose/mouth.
in series 3 episode 8 a character hits another character over the head with a rock during a fight and for a few episodes afterwards the character who was hit has visible scarring/injury.
in series 4 episode 5 a character attempts suicide via a violent method and some blood is seen in the aftermath.
in series 4 episode 7 a character is beaten to death offscreen and blood is seen splattering the door behind which this occurs.
in series 5 episode 6 a cow is blown up although not a lot is seen onscreen.
in series 6 episode 1 there is a car accident and multiple characters are seen badly injured/bloody afterwards.
in series 6 episode 6 there are some violent fights and people get beaten up, blood is shed.
in series 6 episode 8 a character punches another character multiple times and gives her a nosebleed.
in skins: rise (final two episodes of series 7) there is a lot of violence/blood generally, especially towards the climax.
