There's a shot of Finn singing in the shower in Season 1 and Mr Schuester is watching. You only see his face, ankles, and a bit of chest.

Someone attempts suicide in Season 3 episode On My Way. It is fairly explicit in showing the character hang themselves. The character survives the attempt.

Marley suffers from bulimia in Season 4, set off by having an obese parent and another girl secretly taking in her costumes so she thought she was gaining weight. She throws up on-screen, carries laxatives in her purse, and finally passes out while performing in Thanksgiving.

1. A boy is cornered by his bully and forcefully kissed, against his will. Later, the bully threatens to kill him if he tells someone. The bully keeps following him until the boy eventually changes schools. 2. A girl says someone snuck into her tent during a camp and rape/assault is implied. 3. A boy admits he was molested by his babysitter when he was young and people make fun of him for it. A classmate later confides in him that she was molested too. The last two situations are never referenced again, the first is a big plot point in that season and is referenced in later seasons.

There are a very few episodes that are primarily focused on sex in the the first 3 seasons - S1 “The power Of Madonna”; S2 “Sex”; S3 “The first time”; but there are NO SEXUAL SCENES. S5 “Tested” talks about sexually transmitted diseases

Huge plot point of S2 is Kurt’s bullying from Karofsky. Slurs are used a lot, even outside the context of Kurt being bullied.
