best clowns in town is a clown themed episode. aside from that i can't think of any other clown episodes, but the funnyman boogeyman involves some clown-like shenanigans. in the song 'goblin' in tales of a not so nice dragon, austin wears a clown nose for a couple seconds.

In robot rampage in the scene where Tyrone’s robot is taking all the mailboxes, he gets picked up and during the song says “i’m getting kind of queasy”. Nothing happens. There’s no other mention of feeling unwell.

technically yes but in a very lighthearted way. in a lot of episodes (especially season one,) pablo will panic about something going wrong in the episode. it usually lasts a couple seconds with a musical motif. he is 'snapped out of it' very quickly and doesn't cry or show any serious distress from it.
