As a side-effect of the Infinite Improbability Drive, a character is gradually transformed into a penguin. Whether this comes across as horror or comedy will depend on the viewer and how convincing they find the prosthetic make-up effects. The character is restored to normal with no lasting ill-effects shortly afterward.

1) A description of the planet Bethselamin, where visitors may be subject to having part of their body surgically removed, is depicted with a character's hand being amputated. The actual amputation occurs off-screen, but the character is heard screaming in pain. The character subsequently reappears wearing a prosthetic hand.
2) As a side-effect of the Infinite Improbability Drive, a character's arms and legs temporarily become detached. The character is in no pain, and the limbs are restored with no lasting ill-effects once the Drive is deactivated.

The unseen narrator talks to the audience but its more so adding onto the lore and expanding on points made than interacting with the audience

Toward the end of the episode, the main characters are attacked by two trigger-happy cops who shoot their ray guns a lot. They do a fair amount of damage to the scenery, but don't score any hits on the characters.
