The babyfied Pleakley (who is a one-eyed, three-legged alien) mentions that he made "oops" in his pants a few times, even though he's never seen wearing any pants. At one point, he makes another stink (off-screen but accompanied by stink lines) to Lilo's annoyance, and at another, he makes another stink (also off-screen) to drive out people from a coffee shop. No soiled diapers are shown.

Jumba injects a sick Pleakley with a needle containing a shrunken Lilo and Stitch in the X-Buggy up Pleakley's backside so they can catch the germ-like Experiment 222/Poxy from within Pleakley's body. The injection is not shown on-screen but it's accompanied by a comic sound effect and a yelp of pain from Pleakley, who then complains to Jumba, "You said it wouldn't hurt!", to which Jumba responds in self-amusement, "Is not hurting ME."

In "Frenchfry", the abilities of the titular Experiment 062 causes this to his victims when they eat his food. They constantly eat his delicious food and quickly bloat to cartoonishly large, round bodies on-screen. Lilo, Stitch, Pleakley, Gantu, and a past video recording of Jumba, all bloat because of Frenchfry. Pleakley, in particular, becomes rather morbidly obese (albeit still in an exaggerated manner) at one point. All affected characters would eventually return to their regular body shapes after the effects of Frenchfry's food wears off and they stop eating them, although Gantu does not return to his original shape until after the episode ends.

The titular Experiment 151/Babyfier resembles a baby to an extent and even has a pacifier in his mouth. Nani, Stitch, Jumba, Pleakley, Gantu, and some minor characters are all turned into babies because of the experiment's abilities, although Stitch is an odd case considering that he's an artificial alien lifeform "born" as an adult.
