Not necessarily, though some contestants are queer/LGBTQIA+ and/or have since come out. There is a wiki page dedicated to all of the queer/LGBTQIA+ contestants on Hells Kitchen.
Some gay jokes are made at the expense of queer contestants, though not common.
The F slur is used at least once.
The binary gender based teams, male blue and female red, also doesn’t account for nonbinary, trans and intersex contestants as well as often leading to misogyny.
Some contestants are misgendered, not by the show, other contestants or even Gordon but by the fandom/veiwership. examples being Whit who is a gay cis woman, T who is a woman, Alex who is a gay man, are all frequently misgendered by commenters.

In episodes where children are involved, Ramsay tries to control his potty mouth. And in the episodes where Ramsay's daughters are celebrating their birthdays at Hell's Kitchen (their sweet 16 and 21st birthdays respectively), he is shown to be nothing but kind to them.

Ramsay himself had an abusive father, and while he does yell and curse at the chefs, It's been shown that he really does care for them deep down and that all the yelling and screaming is pretty much just for the cameras.

Coming from a vegetarian, I don't think cooking meat is animal abuse. There is a slaughterhouse in one episode (I don't remember if it was just a verbal joke or not), but the ensuing challenge doesn't involve said slaughterhouse.

Throughout most episodes dead and freshly caught fish are shown, dead shrimp/prawns, dead chickens/poultry, etc. It ranges from butchered cuts of meat to intact carcasses.
S3e6 they prepare live lobsters, instead of stabbing them in the brain (quick, efficient, least painful and quickest death) they put them into boiling water (slow, extremely painful, inhumane)
S4e8 live crabs used to cook are shown, they aren’t cooked onscreen from what i remember, more so implied off screen and that end up in the dish.
S4e3 we are led to believe Gordon will kill a live chicken by beheading it on camera but it is a fakeout. They then prepare chicken carcasses.
S5e3 the contestants go to a butcher/slaughterhouse where many beef carcasses are hanging up, the losers of the challenge have to transport the beef to Hell’s Kitchen via carrying it on their backs and then slice the meat up into portions with bone saws. The contestants complain about how gross it is to them.

Frequent hand injury from burns, knife injuries, etc
S4e8 about 8mins in Matt cuts the tip of his finger off, it is not shown graphically and all we see is a bit of blood as the medic bandages him up. They do look for the missing piece of flesh and they question wether it ended up in the food but this question never gets answered. Chef Ramsey ate the dish, so he seemingly didn’t think there was much of a chance it ended up in the food either or the long, uncut version of the episode may have shown it was found and removed.

S3e2 Aaron seems to have an episode of some sort, he stops responding, a blank look on his face, when he comes back he mentions blacking out for a few seconds. I’m not his doctor and don’t know for sure what it was, it’s could’ve been a number of including an absence seizure, dissociating, an anxiety attack, cataplexy or catatonia. If you are sensitive I’d skip the part after Aaron is put on tableside.

A woman named Tana is shown during the signature dish challenge, and Ramsay starts flirting and even making out with her, with the contestants noting in the confessionals that Ramsay is a married man. It's soon revealed that the "Tana" in question was simply Ramsay's wife, Tana Ramsay, in disguise.

Frequent use of fast changing visuals, flashing lights, strobe lights and flashy editing. Recommend watching on low brightness, minimizing the player into PIP mode when flashing happens and/or making sure the room you’re in is well lit. Some devices also offer a flash detection which automatically dims the screen for you when flashing happens.

There are cameras all over the kitchen, dining room and dorms. All people on this show have to sign consent waivers unless they are random bystanders on the street. Though, some embarrassing moments are televised (for example, a woman who didn’t realize her nipple where visible through her shirt, snoring, a mental breakdown in which someone tells the crew to stop recording her but they continue to film, a person talking to himself in the dorms, flirtatious moments between contestants)

S4e4 someon makes a “joke” that a woman’s cellulite would go to her head if stuck in a rollercoaster. Cellulite isn’t exclusive to fat people but it a trait that is often made fun of because it’s associated with weight gain.
S4e6 a contestant calls another woman on her team overweight and blames this for her inability to move fast, and why she’s failing service which is inherently fatphobic.
S5e4 a fat man tells a chubby woman not to wear a bikini, like it’s any of his business what she wears.

A lot of the time, rewards given to a team who happens to have a fat person, the fat person cannot partake because of the weight limit. For example, Robert being unable to go on the helicopter as his reward because of his weight. It just screams that the show runners had no care about the fat contestants, they had to sit out on a reward they won specifically because no one considered them while planning the rewards. It is a form of discrimination, and tough I completely understand safety and not being able to do something because of your weight, it’s s****y to be forced to sit out instead of being given an equally cool reward.

Yes.
Often by Chef Ramsey or by contestants who will either make jokes at the expense of another person’s marginalized identity (example, calling someone fat) or be hateful towards other contestants (example, the men are often quite misogynistic towards the women).
The R slur (r*tard) is used at least once.
The F slur (f*g/f*ggot) are used derogatorily at least once.
There are frequent uses of ableist phrases and insulting someone’s intelligence or sanity because they are unable to do a certain task or have made a mistake.
The N word is used by a white man.
S4e13 includes a contestant saying “ooga booga” which is a racist slur, though was used in this context as “caveman noises”, then quickly followed by using another slur, the e slur used against Inuit peoples (*skimo). I don’t think racism was intended but the connotation is there nonetheless.
S5e11 a brief shot of a restaurant called the “G*psy bar” is shown. The g word there is a slur used against Romani people, an ethnic minority from India that mostly live in Europe.

S3e1 a contestant mentions “food is like sex, everyone loves food and everyone loves sex” which is just straight up not true.

But in the Quinceañera episode, Barret prepares a spicy dish for the girl of honor, who specifically said she didn't like spicy food, using "Hispanic people like spice!" as his justification.

The show is called Hell's Kitchen, and a devil's pitchfork is part of the logo, but nothing beyond that.

Pretty much any woman on the show is by fellow contestants. Some of the “rewards” include being greeted by a line of women dressed sexily.

Specifically, characters worry about *becoming* homeless if they lose the competition *and* job opportunities back home.

Not in the show to my knowledge, however one of the contestants, Charlie McKay, has since passed away from a motorcycle accident.

Very minor if shown at all, it’s usually censored for TV to make it family friendly but sometimes you will see a quick image of something red on their skin or some blood on a rag as they cover the injury. We typically don’t see a close up of the injury at all but some contestants talk about seeing what it looked like while helping them. They do talk about knife injuries, thats include people cutting themselves deep or even losing the tip of someone’s finger that often require stitches or medical intervention. Most of the injuries shown are on the more serious side because of drama aspect so minor cuts aren’t really shown and chefs just suddenly appear to have bandaids and gloves on sometimes to keep their cooking sanitary. If any of that grosses you out or triggers you I’d definitely be careful or consider not watching.
