See "Are there abusive parents" above. Additionally, the show revolves around kids fighting to protect themselves against "evil adults". Events are usually presented in a cartoonish, over-the-top fashion, but many adults in the show openly hate and want to hurt children.

The main villain of the series represents the concept of an abusive father. His treatment of children, both his own and others, might be triggering to some as he frequently shouts at or tries to physically harm them.

*SPOILERS*
At the end of Operation: W.H.I.T.E.H.O.U.S.E., Numbuh 1 wakes up in a hospital, convinced the events of the episode were some kind of elaborate test. The doctor tells him he was dreaming despite his protests, only for the viewer to see that the room is being camera-monitored. The people on the other side discuss Numbuh 1's behavior, revealing that he really was being tested.

Chickenpox works a little differently than it does in the real world. The victim does indeed get raised sores all over her face and body... except the sores are tiny, living chicken heads bursting through the skin to wriggle and cluck wildly. It's intended as a visual pun, but plays out as pure horror. From a distance, where there is naturally less detail drawn to discern the chicken heads, it looks like victims have perpetually writhing maggots poking out of their skin.

See "Is there body horror" above. The chicken pox could definitely trigger trypophobia.

I’m going to be watching through this show, so I will be updating more! It’s Episode C.A.N.N.ON. I believe, and when it cuts to Number 1 on the rollercoaster mute it! No visual, just audio. (:

Just a heads up for season 3, episode 13, operation sprout. There’s no vomiting or gagging but it’s an episode where they shrink down to go into Numbah 4’s stomach to retrieve a brussel sprout. The most triggering part is Numbah 5 swimming in the stomach acid, but that’s it. And Numbah 4 slowly turns green throughout the episode but nothing happens!

S5 episode 3, operation ducky and operation diaper. It’s in operation diaper, at about 18:40 when Numbuh 4 is chasing the baby in the go cart, a baby turns around and like vomits clear liquid at him? Numbuh 4 just calls it baby spit, there’s a little audio, just skip to 19:00 to be safe!

It’s episode nine of season one, C.A.B.L.E.
It’s a guy that LOOKS like in a baby in a diaper and complains that the kids made him have an accident and promptly gets changed by a woman. I’m sure it’s several times through the episode…

The Kids Next Door have a prison where adult villains are sometimes held, particularly shown in Op: M.I.S.S.I.O.N. In Op: E.L.E.C.T.I.O.N.S., Numbuh 1 is sentenced to "prison" inside the school, complete with trial, and is forced to break out. Also in Op: C.R.I.M.E., when one character visits another in school detention, it's treated like a prison visit with them speaking through a glass pane to each other.

Op: H.O.S.P.I.T.A.L. predictably takes place inside of a hospital, with one scene inside an operating room although no surgery is shown onscreen.

Numbuh 2 is fat, and while he is a main character and not treated as a joke by the show as a whole, antagonist characters will often mock him for his weight or how much he eats.

I don't know who voted no, because there are multiple episodes with extremely racist plots or characters. Sometimes it's an allegory like Op F.I.S.H.Y. or M.E.S.S.A.G.E. (both featuring incredibly racist depictions of "native tribes" who aren't actually indigenous people), but Op: TRIP takes place in Japan and features characters with stereotypical accents and yellow skin, and Op: H.O.L.I.D.A.Y. features Jamaican KND operatives, also with stereotypical accents.

In Op. S.P.I.N.A.C.H., Numbuh 2 joins a group of people who push eating spinach on children. The way he speaks and acts is meant to imitate a new recruit of a religious cult.

In Op. S.A.F.E.T.Y., small bleeding injuries are shown, one faked with ketchup and one real, the latter of which causes someone to pass out.
