In this gritty and sometimes bloody tale, sixteen year-old Wayne sets out on a dirt bike with his new crush Del to take back the 1978 Pontiac Trans Am that was stolen from his father before he died. It is Wayne and Del against the world.

In another episode, Wayne stabs the top of his hand with a small knife, but it's not graphic. Then, Del brings in a chainsaw and it cuts the end of one of the captor's feet. The contents of a lava lamp are spilled onto a girl's face but it's very mild. In the last episode, Wayne's arm is broken and it shows it full screen, bone sticking out and Del gagging at it.
