No, but a joke is made where a teacher says she can’t hug her 13-year-old male student because she would get arrested.

A character is impaled with a harpoon, and a character gets two knives embedded in them. Both do not have blood and are part of jokes, but still surprisingly graphic

Danger Things has a super ableist joke where a character dressed as Dustin splits his lip and talks like Dustin for the rest of the episode. It’s blatantly at the expense of the character and actor’s cleidocranial displacia, which makes him look and sound different.

(PLOT SPOILERS) Not relationships, but jokes. Piper has a crush on her brother Henry’s secret identity, Kid Danger, during the time where she doesn’t know Kid Danger is Henry, and upon learning late in the show she is horrified and disgusted with herself, so there’s that.

I think I remember a tiny bit of blood from an injury in the episode with the jolly beetles (S1 E4), won’t spoil but the injury also leaves a permanent scar on the character that it happens to. There’s also an episode (S3 E14) where absurd amounts of blood are forcefully drawn from a character for use in a cure, and it’s visible through the tubes and the tank they’re attached to. So yes, but very rare and honestly pretty cartoonish.
