Countdown is one of the oldest programs that continues to be aired on MuchMusic since its debut. Originally sponsored by Coca-Cola, it was known for the first several years as the Coca-Cola Countdown.

As others said (in the “does a dog die” thread)- at the end of the episode, when you see the dog in the crate in the vehicle, you can turn off the episode. It’s literally the end of the episode, no plot will be missed if you stop watching there. We already know the character is evil, this is just extra proof and unnecessary. I was afraid, based on other’s comments so I left the room. Husband said that the psycho lets the dog out of the crate, yells at it to run, aims the rifle and the scene fades to black. No sounds of torture, no screams, not even a gunshot sound. We recently lost our beagle to cancer, so this was a difficult episode for me anyways (plus the deer torture at the beginning). I’m terrified that they will show more in the recap at the next episode, so I will update after we watch it.
