A woman is kissed and held down against her will, she is crying and screaming for the man to stop. It briefly seems it will go further but doesn’t.

I guess? Unsure of what is meant by “for spectacle” but a character is badly abused by her husband in a scene.

It’s mentioned that a co-worker dies by suicide after experiencing financial stress in the current recession. A character comments on it saying that the co-worker “was always unstable.” Nothing shown.

Pretty bad. A drunk man pushes his wife around, slaps her, holds her down, pours alcohol on her trying to get her to drink, and kisses her forcibly as she cries and screams for him to stop. This happens around 46:04 and doesn’t stop until 42:15. I recommend skipping this whole scene as it is very distressing. Earlier in the movie, a character mentions being pushed into the wall and her nose bleeding, implied that her husband at the time abused her. If domestic violence is one of your triggers you can go ahead and skip this movie.
