The story of Jim Worth, an expat British police officer starting a new life with his family as police chief in Little Big Bear, an idyllic town near the Rocky Mountains. Episode 9 is set in a puppy farm. Although you don't see any puppies harmed you see them caged up & yapping all the way through & are then told at the end of the episode that they starved to death one by one. Unpleasant viewing for any dog lover

Not 100% sure as i looked away but after the guy gets kicked in the crotch outside he is doubled over and coughing. Another man asks if he is going to be sick and it might show him getting sick after that. There are a couple more gagging coughs after that as he is walking away
