One time, a cat gets its food later than it should. SPOILER
Before the story starts, the cat has at some point been abandoned by earlier owners. But the cat lives happily throughout the 16 episodes.

I believe there is only one slap; from a girlfriend to a boyfriend.
But there are very dominant and uncomfortable family relations, shouting and belittling, and a father who has the habit of turning over the table (with all the hard-work prepared food on it). This is demonstrated already within the first couple of minutes of episode one.

After coworker assaults main character, higher ups attempt to gaslight her into believing she's being dramatic and not that big a deal. She stands up to them.

If getting drunk a lot for some weeks count as abuse, then definitely yes. Alcohol is used to cope with sad feelings, in general.

ONly the usual "I won't talk about my feelings, they may make the situation awkward" kind of thing. Noble Idiocy. But nobody are permanently damaged that way.

Actually, in episode 16, a man is having a polite conversation with a headless mannequin (who doesn't answer, of course) while his girlfriend is trying out clothes.

One of the main characters is the most obvious example of a K-drama character being "on the spectrum" without it being mentioned, that I know off. He is very nice.
It does not include meltdowns or anything resembling that. (He has some weeks were he is *very* sad, bit it is not autism-related, I'd say).

Mostly innuendo, but yes. There are especially some men who keep talking disrespectfully of women, also guessing the bra-size of a co-worker.

There's a bet on what sexuality one of the characters is and only one assumes he is asexual, however he does not intend that as an insult but a genuine assumption and the guy assumed by him does not take offense to it. The show is still amatonormative, but it is not aphobic.
