Noel Fielding's Luxury Comedy is a British sketch television series written and directed by Noel Fielding and Nigel Coan. The series stars Fielding, his brother Michael Fielding, Tom Meeten, and Dolly Wells. Various guest stars also appear, including Rich Fulcher and Richard Ayoade, and it features numerous members of The Mighty Boosh. The first episode premiered on 26 January 2012 on E4. The music was written by Kasabian's Sergio Pizzorno, a good friend of Fielding's.
Prior to the creation of the Luxury Comedy, Fielding had worked in a double act with comedian Julian Barratt as The Mighty Boosh. Together, Fielding and Barratt produced a series of stage shows, a radio series, and a television series between 1998 and 2008. Going their separate ways, Fielding became a team captain on Never Mind the Buzzcocks from 2009, and also began co-operating on a new sketch show with Coan. The show originally had the provisional title Noel Fielding: Boopus.
It is described on the Channel 4 website as "a psychedelic character based comedy show half filmed and half animated".

i'm gonna say yes but with the caveat that it's extremely brief and only shown in a very abstract way. during an animated scene in s1ep6 "tiger with chlamydia" 2 children get poked by the titular tiger's p***s (which just looks like a cartoony arrow) and then magically change into an outfit that represents getting the STD

chief woolabum boomalackaway appears to be a caricature of native american people and is played by a white guy. there are one or two instances of real-life people of colour (e.g. yoko ono) being played by white actors as well.
there are also instances of white actors wearing full black body paint to play some of the more cartoony characters (e.g. ice cream eyes), and in the background of season 1's main set there's a large portrait of noel with his face and shoulders completely covered in black paint

characters pretty regularly acknowledge that they're in a tv show and it's sometimes part of the plot (struggling to write the ending for an episode, trying to boost ratings, etc). the final episode has the characters concerned about what will happen afterward as they (with the exception of noel) will die once the show ends

in s1ep7 "bbq breakdown" noel becomes overwhelmed by the stress of the barbecue and lashes out at the other characters. i'm choosing no because it's treated as a mental breakdown rather than a meltdown and the character is not stated to be autistic (no idea about the real guy and i think it'd be kinda weird/intrusive to speculate about that), but there is a decent amount of crying and yelling which might be hard to watch regardless

s1ep2 "the jelly fox" has the "ghost of a flea" which doesn't really act much like a typical ghost but is nonetheless supernatural and ghostly. it looks and acts pretty creepy but is ultimately more strange and playful than malicious

in s1ep1 "pele", s1ep5 "mashed potato utopia", and s1ep6 "tiger with chlamydia" dondylion is shown in a really terrible cramped zoo enclosure. if it makes it any easier, as mentioned under other sections he's anthropomorphic and very much just looks like a human wearing a costume.
in s1ep7 "bbq breakdown" fantasy man grabs a cat by its tail and uses it as a weapon. if you look closely you can see they used a toy cat for that particular shot so the real one wasn't hurt :-)

the show's set burns down in s1ep7 "bbq breakdown" and characters are shown on fire, but the fire is just a cartoon drawing superimposed onto them. like literally just a 🔥. no one is shown injured and i'm pretty sure no one dies.

There are no graphic depictions as the worst scene in this regard is when a lychee assaults an olive. However there is a scene where one character feels one of the female characters breasts. It's not too obvious that's what's happening when shown but another character tells him it's weird to do that. It's played for jokes because of the context of the situation.
