This seems like a lot but as someone with pretty bad phobia, it's very tolerable and not bad. I rarely watch shows without warnings listed and ive been fine with this one and wanted to record everything for others.
S2E1 near the end, when the old man is in bed with the younger woman, it cuts back to the present and then after that you just see him from above leaning over a toilet. Just minor audio, no visual
S3E1 about an hour in a magician is showing a trick and spits up a bullet and blood into a tin (could be triggering)
S3E3 after you see the tiger on the ground, Morse gets sick (minor audio no visual, you just see him bending over)
S3E4 around the 1H10M mark, Thursday coughs up blood and a bullet fragment in a sink (could be triggering, he is also intensely coughing all episode that may be triggering to some, but it doesn't sound quite like gagging).
S4E2 the priest is dead from poisoned chocolates and there is a dark brown stain on the bed sheet that I think is supposed to be v* but it's not detailed or close up and doesnt look like v* (personally did not find it triggering and visuals usually are for me)
