This tv show contains 2 potentially triggering events.
Daniel does bring up to Chloe how his dog died (non-violently) when he was a child/teenager and how he was upset about that, but you don't see it or anything, its just mentioned.
No rape on screen, however main character Daniel talks about being gang raped while he was imprisoned in detail. Daniel's death-row cell neighbour, Wendell, admits to him he was one of the many guys that gang raped Daniel.
Again not on screen, but the crime Daniel was wrongly convicted of was of his girlfriend at the time, Hanna Dean, who was raped and murdered. Hanna's rape and murder also gets spoken about in detail in season 2.
Daniel does bring up to Chloe how his dog died (non-violently) when he was a child/teenager and how he was upset about that, but you don't see it or anything, its just mentioned.
You see one of the men who raped/murdered Hanna Dean commit suicide, it's a very graphic scene. You also see Daniel being beaten up badly, to the point he's in a coma. Both of those scenes are in season 1.
In some of the prison flashbacks, you see a death-row prisoner banging his head against the glass window, which becomes bloody. Then in another scene you see Daniel being taken to the prison hospital after being stabbed in the leg by his death-row cell neighbour/rapist, also bloody. These scenes are scattered throughout the series.
Teddy also accidentally shoots himself in the leg and you do see the wound and blood. This scene is in season 4, episode 6.
Daniel gets pulled out of his cell by the COs while he completely butt-naked, you don't see his penis as he's covering it with his hand, but he's very much nude.
Due to Daniel's trauma and mental health, he is quick to anger and rage, as you see through out the show. He eventually gets professional help in season 4.
Main character Daniel suffers from severe PTSD due to him being repeatedly raped during his prison sentence, being wrongly convicted for a crime he didn't do, being put on death-row, being in isolation and among other things.
He eventually starts being treated for his PTSD and mental health issues in season 4.
When prisoners are outside of their cells, they're handcuffed and chained.
If you also count when COs come into Daniel's cell after his anger outburst and get him to the ground or when they dragged him out of his cell and kept him on the ground, then yes.
Teddy drinks a lot which has led to him making poor choices such as; being rude, breaking into his ex-wife's home, trying to repose tyre rims due to missed payments which led to a physical altercation, accidentally shooting himself and other shenanigans. Teddy was made by the courts to attend AA and anger meetings due to his drinking.
Daniel in his teens was an avid user of weed gummies. When he goes on his bender after being released, you see him doing gummies again, drinking, trying cocaine and possibly other drugs. But he doesn't become addicted.
After Daniel gets out of his prison he goes on a bit of a bender, partying and having sex with random women in the town, however you don't see the sex scenes. You see Teddy and his wife, Tawney, having awkward sex in one episode in season 1. You see Amantha giving a blow job (or about too) to her boyfriend, Jon. Other than that, most sex is shown about to happen, after it happened or it was mentioned.
Teddy accidentally shoots himself. While drunk he tries to shoot the inflatable dancing man but misses multiple times. He then decides to shoot the metal area that helps inflate the inflatable, when he shoots the bullet ricochets off of the metal side and hits Teddy in the leg.
