A classmate of the main character is shown to be engaging in enjo kousai/compensatory dating - a sugar dating practice that is heavily connotative with the sexual exploitation of teens.

The opening scene of "Suicide Club" is shown multiple times, including a shot where a girl's head is graphically shown to be run over by a train's wheel. It's very brief and is obscured by a splash of blood, but it is extremely shocking

Two sisters bathe together, no nudity is shown and it is portrayed as them reminiscing about when they were younger.

All safe! Near the end some drool comes out of a girl’s mouth (shortly after she opens a window to get some fresh air) but it’s only drool, no puke or anything like it in the whole movie

This takes place around the events of the film "Suicide Club" and shows the opening scene of that film at multiple points, in which 54 high school girls jump in front of a train together.

The story jumps between multiple characters' perspectives and points in time, and there are several scenes in which it is not clear if the events shown actually happened. The characters themselves do not literally experience an unstable reality, though.

The ending is open to interpretation, but it can be interpreted in depressing ways.
