SPOILER. Man has sex with his wife who is too mentally unwell and sedated to be able to consent at the time, he also does this knowing that when they had sex previously it caused her pain and traumatised her. There is no struggle during the scene but she is very upset after.

In an opening scene, a female sex worker has a very badly beaten face and says two men attacked her, I think this included sexual assault as well, but is not shown happening. A
A man goes to a brothel when he is extremely drunk- if you're worried about this scene like I was, don't worry, he doesn't have sex until he's sober the next morning.
A doctor sexually assaults his female patient who is mentally ill, its implied this happens very regularly, and we see it happen on screen twice.
Another man grabs a woman's b*m without her consent twice, and there's a scene where he tries to coerce her into sex but she gets away.
The main character is a prostitute, it's made clear she's unhappy with this and was forced into it. There are lots of scenes where she acts enthusiastically about having sex and then turns towards the camera with a deadpan/sad expression while it's happening. We learn that her brothel Madame is actually her Mother, and she was first pimped by her at age 13 (we don't see this).
There's also a scene where a man rapes his wife.

Lady gets her feet all beat up because she’s using a shovel and like, slices her toes up? You don’t see it happen, you do see her very bloody feet, and later bloody bandages. Not highly disturbing but if you’re avoiding that sort of thing just skip the scenes where they’re searching for the wife when she escapes outside, then the following scene of her in her bed, and the next time you see her she’s crawling on the ground and you get a glimpse of the bandages. Following that, no gross feet, just limping.
