Well, one or more bones may very well be broken when a lighting rig falls on someone (we only see a leg sticking out from under the rig), but we don't see or hear a bone breaking. Besides, the event is magically rewound, so in the end the person is unharmed
Not in the classic sense, but there are several instances of a person's words and/or actions being magically controlled by someone else. It's all very light-hearted.
I wouldn't say so, except perhaps for when a person drops down into a fireplace from the chimney. We're not aware of the person being in the chimney before she's already out of it.
