multiple times. admittedly i forgot to get timestamps for every instance BUT i can tell you the first is just green liquid spraying out of someones mouth (no retching noises and it's fairly brief), the second is a little more realistic (and has retching noises, but is also pretty brief), and the last is a very long sequence of someone throwing up their own entrails (0:43:17-0:46:30)
