Spoilers: Hermie the Hermit Crab does not die in the episode Her, Me, and Hermie. People think that Hermie died, and then there are mutliple instances where people think that Hermie has been stepped on, after crunches are heard underfoot, but that is an incorrect assumption. Hermie is discovered alive, having been elsewhere at the time.
