At least once an episode. Half the time it’s pot, the other drugs are coke (one character especially) and heroin by injection (season 4 has the most heroin). Crack is smoked too.

This is a bad one. A character is allowed to keep a cat in the prison. A lot of inmates want revenge on him. About halfway in, when you see the 3-4 moving towards the pet cat in a cage, fast-forward it about two minutes to be safe. When you get towards the end and the cat’s owner is taking a shower alone, just fast forward to about 15 seconds before the end, because I looked accidentally while fast-forwarding. The poor pet kitty has been brutally gutted and her owner is sad, then he gets beat to sh!t by the guys who killed his cat. They show the dead cat waaaay too long, from more than one angle. This show isgreatbut I REALLY could have done without that.

More than one character is about to get gang-raped or raped by a guard but is saved by another prisoner at the very last minute. A nurse in season 4 finale is beaten and very close to being raped by a guard (who also rapes a male main character in 4.1).
