at around 15 minutes, 40 seconds in, after getting a nose bleed a man vomits suddenly. the vomit is visible. later on, at around 1 hour, 20 minutes in, someone vomits again, but it's during a night scene and is not visible.

being called on by a spiritual force to kill yourself and others in order to escape a bad life and go to heaven is a major theme of this film. however, doing so is definitely portrayed as a negative thing. scenes depicting suicide happen at the beginning and end of the film.
