i’m not sure if this counts as eye mutilation, but in the very first episode a dead character’s eye is taken out and used with a spell. they don’t show them taking the eye out, just a character holding the eye. also in season 2 episode 4, a character is shot in the eye with a dart, but the eye is fine and it’s not gory.
