Grace Sachs is a successful therapist on the brink of publishing her first book with a devoted husband and young son who attends an elite private school in New York City. Weeks before her book is published, a chasm opens in her life: a violent death, a missing husband, and, in the place of a man Grace thought she knew, only a chain of terrible revelations.

Pretty regularly. Particularly in episode 5, where Henry admits that he saw his dad talking closely with his mistress, and knows that something is off… but Dad smiles and waves at him like nothing is wrong.
There is a brief scene in the second episode at 0:42 (location details with possible minimal spoilers below) where we see someone pleading with someone and then we see them get hit violently in the head once, but there isn't any sound with this part (no screaming). There is some blood, but no "squashing" in this scene.
(Location description of first scene: After the main character leaves when her home is being searched, she approaches an ad screen outside, and the model turns into Elena. It cuts to the main character, and then when it cuts back to the ad again is when they depict the murder).
In a prison fight scene, one character bites another character’s finger until he draws blood. It is pretty graphic. Once the prison fight starts, just skip to next scene to miss it.
A father does take his son driving without legal permission, and refuses to let him out of the car. There is some verbal arguing as well. There are no physical fights in this scene directly, but there are flashbacks to another violent scene.
There is a minor jumpscare in the second episode at about 0:46 (after the main character walks out onto the porch of the beach house) where a character unexpectedly covers the main character's mouth from behind and says "don't scream." There isn't anything violent or disturbing attached to this scene, just talking, but it is a bit surprising.
In a physical fight, there is a brief moment when one character spits on another in self defence (occurs towards the end of the last episode when everything is revealed)
Off camera - it is something that is told about (not in any graphic detail) and happened in the past. But (SPOILER) in last episode the Dad and son come very very close to being in a car crash, but they are not.
