Thank you to the previous poster for the update. How nice that Matthew Rhys responded! Confirmed - the label does say chloroform in small letters and POISON in large. I guess the poor Perry Mason designers have learned that historically correct labels are distracting and disturbing. (We could not believe Perry Mason would hurt a dog - but the label was so misleading! Whew! What a relief!)
Pete Strickland is talking to a detective at a house where a woman is dead. They briefly discuss that the cat ate her face but nothing is shown. Then they are outside talking and an officer comes out and says that the cat is dead too. It is not shown.
