In S2E3, a character confesses that he left his dog left in a car for two days. The protagonist and another character go looking for the dog, who turns out to be upset and covered in poop, but ultimately alive and well.
At the end of s1 Ep 9 Ramy gets diarrhea, it’s very audible and happens for a while. When he leaves the bathroom he talks to someone in the hallways and then he takes off running into the bathroom again, which is again, very audible
In S2E10, Ramy makes out with his cousin the night before his wedding to another woman. He tells his bride on his wedding night that this happened, and she is obviously distressed
In S2E6, a character who is very uninformed about trans identity keeps misgendering a nonbinary person. It is pretty obvious that the character is misgendering out of ignorance, rather than malice, but her stumbling through what pronouns to use can be very hard to hear.
