Someone is shown having marks around their wrists from being restrained, but it's shown as something that happened in the past, and the audience doesn't know how they came to be.

Not exactly mutilation but a woman’s finger goes black. CGI and very fake looking (not bruised)

Yes, but you don't see them dying. You just see them lying dead at around 53:50, without any obvious cause of death.

Surprised at all the no answers... Throughout the series the characters have interactions with people who have died. They don’t look ghost-like but they do reenact their own deaths (bursting into flames, choking from poison, etc.). It is unclear for some time whether these interactions are supernatural or hallucinations. Either way, close enough.

At 01:09, a big old-fashioned syringe, goes into someone's neck. It's over at 01:12. At 32:08, a man is standing and holding a big old-fashioned syringe. There's a close-up of it at 32:27. It's gone again 2 seconds later. At 32:52, it goes into someone's neck. It's gone again at 33:00.

There is one character potentially suffering from brain tumor, but it is not explicitly mentioned, only hinted.

In the very beginning a woman in a gown is walking down a dark hallway, towards a figure in shadow, and then found by 2 male orderlies, who wordlessly drag her back. She's distressed and questioning the figure, as she's dragged back.

nearly the entire show is set on a ship in the middle of the ocean, that can be seen as claustrophobic. later on in episode 3 a woman is trapped in a box and thrown into water, it’s a very short scene but can also be pretty triggering. all throughout the same episode there is an extremely thick fog that surrounds the ship, i can see this also being a little claustrophobic.

Yes, some scenes are filmed shaky and are difficult to watch, but not so many that the entire show isn’t watchable.

In the first episode, a woman is in distressed early labor. The actual birth isn't shown, but it shows in graphic detail as her belly is manipulated to untangle the umbilical cord around the fetus.

Mother is homophobic however does not say anything verbally it’s put to the viewers imagination that this woman is homophobic. A gay character does spit in another gay charachters face in front of the mother to affirm he that he is not ”one of them” despite partaking in a sexual encounter earlier

Not the first death but a black man is beaten pretty badly by a group of European men pretty early on, it’s the first really violent thing to happen.

A fully-clothed man and woman are having sex in a bed. The woman is on a back and the man is on top, thrusting. But no nudity is seen. The man seems to want to get it over with quickly and the woman is not engaging, but seems like she is just waiting for it to be over. More bored, than overtly distressed though.
