very graphically, two times particularly bad: when Thusnelda is giving her big speech before the Teutoburg battle in S1 (you can tell when it's about to happen) and in the very last shot of S2E4 (someone is raising a necklace to put it on someone else and very suddenly an arrow flies through his eye from the back of his head towards the camera; this is shown again at the start of the next episode)
