Lying/deception ≠ gaslighting.
Gaslighting is a form of psychological manipulation where a person is made to doubt their reality and experiences and can make them question their competence and sanity.
There is NO gaslighting in this movie. Lying and deception, yes. Gaslighting, no.

A male character is seen taking a bump of cocaine.

A female character is given a few pills to take and is told they're valium.

It's mentioned that a female character's jubilant behavior is due to a "muscle relaxer" she took.

Early in the movie, a female character is touched in a sexual manner without consent by a male character who she thinks she was meeting for a job interview. He tries to seduce her by offering cocaine, playing a porn video, and saying he's taking her to a hotel. This all takes place in the back of a limo. Eventually, she gets out of the vehicle when she realizes all he wants is a sexual encounter.

Later, the same female character passes out from alcohol and valium and is carried by a male character to his apartment where he undresses her and puts her in his bed despite being unable to consent. You don't see the undressing, but you see her wake up the next morning confused and uphappy. She later confronts the man who admits to undressing her and claims no sex took place.

Tess (played by Melanie Griffith) cuts her long hair down to a more “serious” shorter business-like length in an effort to be taken more seriously at her job and effectively impersonate her boss while the boss is gone after a ski injury.

A female character breaks her right leg while skiing. You see the moment of injury after she skis over a hill and disappears from view, but you don't see the actual injury itself; you only see the cast after the fact.

The boss character (played by Sigourney Weaver) is briefly seen in a hospital room following a skiing accident that resulted in a broken leg and cast. She does not seem to be in any pain and the room and guests suggest a party atmosphere. No medical care happens onscreen or is even discussed.

There is a thin joke made at her boss’ expense when the main character tells the boss off at the end of the movie. The same derogatory phrasing is then used at that boss in a bullying remark by a Bigger Boss character in the same scene.

A clip of a porn video is shown with a nude male and female in a pool. The woman floats on her back while the man performs oral sex on her. It's a quick shot and the image is small and so you don't see anything beyond bare breasts and a little bit of naked buttocks.

A female character is caught having sex with a male character. She is in his lap as he has his legs off the end of the bed. You see exposed female breasts and a slight glimpse of the top of her genitalia.

Another scene starts with 2 characters, male and female making-out and removing their shirts. You don't see the sex, it's only implied, and the scene then jumps to the two of them laying in bed. There's only one quick glimpse of exposed breast when she rolls over.
