Rape, sexual assault, and consent are themes present throughout, though the sexual violence is between strangers or hookup partners so none of it is really domestic violence per se

A character says that she lied that her dad sexually abused her at age 7 at her mother's request. So technically no, but it's a very present topic in the show.

There is heavy drug use throughout the show. The main character's love interest lost his mother and his sister to a heroin overdose prior to the events of the show.

Not on screen, but there are meat and animal products served throughout. There is even a point where the main character trolls a vegan brand by eating chicken.

Very graphic on-screen rape at the end of episode 4. It is an important plotpoint though, so I suggest skipping this end part and watching/reading a censored recap of the episode.

You see v*m*t on the floor next to Arabella in episode 3 (around 16 mins in, when she sits on the railings on her journey home); the act itself isn't shown but the v*m is shown really clearly on screen

Some scenes are filmed fisheye style, as if through the eyes of a character. The view jolts around quite aggressively so might be considered as shakey cam? (Happens during flashbacks or drug-taking scenes across multiple episodes)
