At 29 minutes, when Juke is talking to the redhead in the bar and she tells him he's sweet. Audio and visual, lasts a few seconds.
At 43 minutes after Tony and Beth leave the bar and start walking to his grandparents, it cuts quickly to Juke helping Katie in the bathroom and she's kneeling in front of the toilet. Audio sounds like coughing, not sure if there's visual as I was able to close my eyes in time. Done after about 10 seconds.
At 1:10:30, Vinny gives Beth a piece of food to eat, when he tells her that it's eel, she runs off and leans over a trash can, and spits it out. No v*, but the lead up to it was triggering.
At 1:14, just after Beth says she'd like to take Nonnie to church, the camera cuts to Juke and a tween boy. A second later, the boy leans over and v*. Audio only, lasts a couple seconds.
At 1:25, Juke asks Tony if he's all right, Tony says he feels like he's going to t* u* but does not.
