There is one spider in the opening scene in Salem, around the 3-minute mark. It is in a box after the line "we searched for the largest one we could find." This bit lasts about 10 seconds. It reappears briefly a couple minutes later after the Reverend says "thou must have faith." This is the only actual spider. At roughly the 1 hour mark there is a carnival booth with several large and small spider decorations. One of them looks pretty realistic. There is a plushy spider a few times after this, but it doesn't look very spider-y.
