Saying there is body horror in the movie us a huge stretch. Movies like The Fly 1986, Arabic, Contracted, Spring, The Beach House and American Mary are body horror. Unless you count getting stabbed, or seeing a weird creature, there is no bloody horror in the movie.

Sort of. A character gets pushed down a flight of steps and lands on the knife she was holding, and then dies. But you also hear bones crunch during the “fall” so that alone might have killed her.

It depends for the individual, but she's lying on the ground and you can see the blood still on her mouth, which is what she vomited. Personally I do not see the look of vomit whatsoever. If you want to avoid this as well, however, then the scene ends at 1:01:23.
