In the Deadlands special, the main characters are outlaws. While pursued by a mob of angry townsfolk, they discuss the possibility that being caught would lead to a hanging.
Once or twice, as a joke, which works as an actual-play podcast ('I've got loads of hitpoints' etc.) There is no story about the narrative/outside watchers or anything.
In the end of ep 161-the beginning of 162, there is a scene in which a character takes an potion similar to steroids. It is is played as a joke. In ep 155 a mushroom dish that has psychoactive properties is briefly discussed and a character reveals that they have used psychoactive substances in the past.
In the Deadlands oneshot, a character rolls a critical failure on a horseback riding check and their horse dies of exhaustion. This is only a brief mention, and is played for laughs.
In season 1, a main character adopts a dog. While the dog is not abused per se, it is directed to participate in combat and sustains injuries. On one notable occasion, it is accidentally thrown off a building by its owner.
During season 1, it is mentioned that a dragon has died, though this event happened entirely off-screen. The dragon is not named until this event, and is not encountered by the party.
In season four, a character uses a potion which creates swarm of tiny spiders to attack a group of antagonists. The episode has a content warning in the show notes.
While exploring the catacombs beneath Paris, a cave collapses on top of several main characters. Though none are killed, they suffer severe injury. Additionally, the sibling of a main character died in a mine collapse years before the story began, which is briefly discussed in season 4.
A main character is missing a finger, and it is revealed that they amputated it years ago. At one point, this character offers to amputate another character's finger, but is refused.
In season 3, several of the main characters' loved ones are kidnapped and held as leverage. One of these people is beaten while in captivity, though this does not happen 'on screen.'
A minor character attempts to have an affair with a main character at the end of season 2. The main character is at first unaware, and later disinterested.
In season 4, a main character is accidentally misgendered a couple times by players shortly after being introduced, though the players in question quickly correct themselves. This character is also purposefully misgendered by a group of minor antagonists, who are killed in combat immediately afterward.
There is no direct antisemitism; however, in season 2 a main character who is meant to be bigoted makes remarks about a fantasy race that very directly parallel antisemitic conspiracy theories.
There is frequent combat, and thus frequent injuries. In season 1, a main character is seen part-way through major surgery, and their state is described in detail. A body horror warning is included at the beginning of this episode.
