It happens a couple times. Once in the "scary stories" segment, I believe episode 1 or 2. When the guy with black hair starts telling his story, look away. The story is about throw up and then right after that the characters run into another character being sick as well.
Another time is in the after episode segment "High school girls are funky." its in a later episode. When you see the purple haired girl with glasses get ready to fight another girl outside the school, look away or skip.
Last time that I've seen is in another "high school girls" segment. Its the episode right after this last incident. After the grueling backstory involving lots of violence, a character covers his mouth and gags. We stopped watching here so I don't know if they show anything. So to be honest maybe just skip these post-episode girls segments entirely.
