Nearly the entire cast is sexualized in some way, usually through their design. Cerebella and Filia are also objectified by other characters in their story modes.
Many of Valentine's moves involve syringes with unknown (but presumably toxic) substances. As it's a fighting game, it's safe to say the injections are rather forceful.
While there is not outright antisemitism, the Canopy Kingdom military is portrayed as literally just Nazis with a different symbol, and I feel like that's an important thing to note here
A group of men hit on Filia, a 16 year old girl, at the beginning of her story mode. This is not portrayed as a good thing and she and Sampson end up scaring them off.
At the end of Painwheel's story mode, she attempts to go home to her parents but they are terrified of her, slamming the door in her face and calling her a monster.
One of the character has an attack where she makes a shallow grave appear in front of her, if the opponent stands on top of it, they'll fall, and a gravestone falls on top of them. Unless this is the finishing blow, the opponent will just pop back out immediatly afterward.
Ms. Fortune's playstyle largely involves throwing her severed head around the arena and using it to attack from both sides. She's a basegame character and thus present in a lot of content.
One of the playable characters, Squigly, is a zombie that was killed as a child and is kept alive by the parasite in her head. Her actual death is never shown on screen, but she dies again at the end of her story mode.
Lots of upskirt shots of underage characters, some of which seem very unnecessary. The developers have cut out some of them and have admitted that if they had made the game today, they would not have sexualized those characters at all.
At the time of writing, there is no "canon" storyline. The story modes of individual characters are all different continuities. Some result in the on-screen death (or worse) of major characters, some do not.
Police brutality is shown, but it is not glorified and is portrayed as a bad thing. However, it does happen to a black man, which could be deeply uncomfortable for some people given recent events.
If you count one of the Medici family members groping onto Filias' ass in the beginning of her storymode (Filia is a member of the Medici family but forgot due to having amnesia).
Various characters feature guns in their moveset, and Squigly is shown with a gun to her head in a flashback from moments before her original death in her story mode.
