A large pile of dead fish is dumped out onto a fishing boat, and is prominent throughout the scene.

Yes, if you consider fishing abuse. The fish do, after all, suffocate slowly on the deck after being caught.

There are a few drunken people seen in bars and at a party. The main woman character wakes up after a party and can't remember what happened the night before, presumably from drinking too much.

A boat full of people blows up in the distance. A graphically burning ghost shows up twice on-screen.

After an explosion, a dismembered arm is shown up close. A ghost (who the arm belonged to) is seen twice on-screen with one of their arms gone.

There are multiple mentions about the mother of one of the main characters dying before the events of the movie.

The first performance (the band is called Moon Fang, I believe) in the Eurovision Finals has a band member dressed as a clown.

At one point five people are crammed in one regular car that's speeding. That may be claustrophobic to some.

It's true that someone packs his pants before going on stage, but from what he says about his penis later on, it doesn't seem like he's unhappy with it.

Many of the Eurovision performances have bright flashing lights, bursting flames, and lights moving and flickering on a giant screen mounted above the stage.

Two naked people are shown lying in bed together covered with blankets, but no sexual acts are shown. They are a few explicit sexual discussions.

A woman sexually assaults a man and pushes him into a bedroom, and he yells that he's scared. It's heavily implied that they have sex after this, but it's later revealed that they didn't.

There are multiple comments throughout the movie that the two main characters (who get together in the end) don't actually know if they're siblings or not, since the man's father is known for being the father of half the people in their small town. It is not confirmed either way, but the man's father and the woman's mother also get together in the end, which could be interpreted as them having indeed been together in the past.

----- SPOILER --- SPOILER --- SPOILER --- I accidentally clicked one of the answers, and you can't undo a click, only chance your answer from one to the other, so I have to comment: We can't know for sure, but it's no secret that there are many LGBT people in the Eurovision Song Contest, and all members of 11 ESC contestant bands die in one go.

There are no slurs or bigoted comments, though a main character insults a group of white Americans and their culture a few times, which might possibly be hurtful to Americans.

On the contrary. :) (I'm not talking about Santa, but other mythical beings.)

A bloody dismembered arm is shown up close. Two characters get minor scrapes with small amounts of blood on them. Someone is stabbed on-screen, and the bloody knife is shown afterwards.

In addition to the scarf incident, there's a scene in which the antagonist chokes the male lead with a lanyard.

No one is hanged, but during Fire Saga's Semifinal performance, a scarf around someone's neck is yanked back very hard, and the person is dragged across the ground by their scarf for about 30 seconds. There is no visual or audio of them gasping for breath, only a shocked look on their face.

There is no physical abuse, but there is a whole plotline about one of the main characters dealing with the shame and hate his father expressed towards him throughout his entire life. He gets his father's acceptance in the end and he gets along with him.

Two cars nearly hit each other while one car speeds, and there is a POV shot inside the speeding car while it spins out of control, but no cars crash.

Most likely not, but there's death at sea: A boat full of people explodes at sea, and they all die.
