Most of it is minor (nosebleeds for example), but page 999 has a flashing animation that, if slowed down, portrays a lot of (drawn) gore and disturbing imagery. The pages before it (997, 998) have flashing and things that could be interpreted as gore. The segments with a certain character's backstory (beginning at page 1026) have depictions of blood, gore, and child abuse.
