Around 23:00 - 23:16 minutes, you'll see Dustin open a door to a classroom that has a poster with some snakes and lizards (clearly some sort of biology/science classroom). The camera will then pan directly to a snake and is on screen for about 15 seconds.
Then at 37:35 after Hop is seen putting the plank back, the very next scene cuts to about 4 seconds of black screen. Then a locker is opened with a snake inside of it.
Last one is about 45:02 - 45:06, once Dustin kneels down at Eddie's gravestone. ***Spoiler***
He'll look down to realize that the snake has been decapitated and the blood has been used to graffiti Eddie's resting place.
