Just after the opening song, when they're riding in a van. Someone with a yellow shirt gets out of the van and vomits a lot. You can already see him get sick before it happens.
Later when the group of zombies surround the farting girl, a zombie vomits.
Much later the guy with the yellow shirt vomits again, in a scene where you see a bowl of spaghetti (I think...I fast forwarded it).
This movie is very weird, gross, hilarious but there's quite a bit of vomit, unfortunately.
