Hmm... for some, perhaps. Women/girls are put/kept in cages and in a crate that's nailed shut (nothing is filmed from inside the shut crate). However, though I can react pretty strongly to claustrophobic scenes and often find scenes claustrophobic that my co-watchers don't, I wasn't bothered.
