Arguably yeah? Nothing explicit (that i've seen yet) but the protagonist has a weird relationship with a 15-year-old girl. He's implied to have feelings for her in some loops, and flirts with her (and the god who possesses her). The protagonist is emphasized as a bad person but their relationship is not treated negatively by other characters or through the dialogue, almost shown as much normalcy as his relationships with his age-appropriate love interests. It's very uncomfortable and I had to skip through large chunks of text to stomach it.
Not much visually, but there are pretty vivid descriptions of gore/violence accompanied by splattered blood and vague silhouetted scenes to imply what's happening. I skipped the dialogue, personally.
One of the love interests is 15 while the protagonist is 24. While not much happens between the two romantically beyond an attempted kiss and some flirting, it can be very uncomfortable to watch regardless. There are also some one sided crushes where a character crushes on someone older than them. But the above example is the only one that gets significant focus.
One of the characters is a boy that is very often seen wearing a dress. While jokes about it are present they are very infrequent. After initial introduction it's rarely commented on.
As part of the Werewolf style gameplay villagers are sacrificed during the day and killed by the werewolves at night, the teenagers and children are counted among that.
yes :(
A 15-year-old girl, by the protagonist. the age gap is barely acknowledged.
